The best the industry has to offer

The night included some of the biggest names in the food industry, with the likes of Bidvest 3663, Quorn Foods, Compass Group and Brakes all present. Innovation, sustainability and energy saving in product development were all recognised during the awards, held at Dartmouth House in Mayfair, London.

The awards themeselves, which recognise excellence and innovation in food drink and equipment products within the hospitality sector, represent the very best examples of product development in the industry.

They also provide an opportunity for the suppliers and manufacturers behind these products to get together and celebrate their success; and with product sourcing vital to business success, the innovations recognised on the night are a real reflection of the rising expectations in the market and the fierce competition among operators.

Every Drop is Valuable

The judging sessions took place over five days, with the winners decided by industry experts from across all sectors of hospitality. The judges tasted more than 150 products and debated nearly 100 pieces of equipment as they sought excellence in flavour, design and innovation.

Although up against some stern compatition the testo 270 proved to be the victor, with the panel of experts judging it to be the most effective and impressive instrument in it’s category.
