Testo 875i is a life saver in BBC’s Casualty

Here at Testo our customers have often said that our products are ‘life savers’ but if you were tuned in to the latest episode of the BBC’s Casualty (Season 27, Episode 27 – “With and without you”) on Saturday, March 16th, you will have seen this compliment take on a more literal meaning.

Testo_875i_CasualtyOur new and improved Testo 875i Thermal imaging camera could be seen featured in action, saving lives in the hands of the fire service. The episode sees a fireman investigating a collapsed building and successfully locating the individual trapped underneath the rubble by picking up his thermal signature on the stunningly effective testo 875i thermal camera. The outstandingly sensitive camera (which is capable of detecting even the smallest temperature differences) with its fine focus lens, easily picks up the unfortunate victim and displays their location back to the firefighter clearly.

Testo_875i_Casualty1With its sleek, easy-to-use design the 875i is perfect for a whole host of uses and applications. The ergonomically designed grip means that our camera sits comfortably in your hand with a quality that you can really feel, and its light-weight design allows for superb portability and ease of movement (as demonstrated by the nimble-footed firefighter when things get a bit dramatic!).
