Testo | Digital Manifold | Refrigeration and Heating Pumps
Testo is due to launch two new digital manifold’s designed for multiple measurements for both refrigeration systems and heat pumps at the start of May 2011.
Both of which will be exhibited at the ACR Show 2012 on 13-15 March 2012 at the NEC in Birmingham.
The Testo 557 and Testo 570 measures and analyses high and low pressures, temperatures, vacuum and compressors. 40 refrigerants are stored in the instruments. Simple connection of two external pipe probes enables super-heating and sub-cooling to be calculated and displayed simultaneously.
The internal data logging and printing functions replace the need to take notes. The technician is able to record measurement values for up to 72 hours from different systems whilst using the 570, to identify errors and find fault. You can also recall reports at any time to analyse the performance of the system.
The simultaneous connection of various probes, at the same time as refrigerant bottles or vacuum pump gives convenient and uncomplicated method for servicing systems. In addition to this, a temperature-compensated tightness test of the system can be carried out using the Testo 570. Measurements are accurate and fast helping to reduce errors, and save time and costs.
The Testo 557 is a mid level upgrade from the Testo 550. The 557 is the ideal partner for all technicians who wish to carry out commissioning, service and maintenance on refrigeration systems and heat pumps quickly and efficiently, and also require documentation of the measurement results.
